The latest preliminary data from Eurostat, for May 2025 wine exports, have just been released. Given the increased uncertainty over the prospect of increased US tariffs being imposed, it’s only natural to peek through the performance of EU wine exports from 8 wine producing countries (Austria, France, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain) since the beginning of 2025, compared against the same time period in 2024.
