QR codes have become mandatory in EU wine labels since December 8th 2023 – Do you know how to become compliant?
On November 24th 2023, the European Commission, published 40 specific implementation guidelines for EU directive 2021/2117, with regards to Digital Wine Labels. The directive has become active since December 8th 2023.
If you’re a winemaker selling your wines in the EU, an importer of non-EU wines, or a wine professional, you need to be aware of the latest details & understand what’s the correct course of action to become compliant!
